@munawarahmed1 after making the widget
click on widgets from the tab
goto your widget
>edit> scroll down>Enable Close Button: uncheck this box... :)

hey frds.. dont be panic.. its just easy to create such type of widget like when clicked on button the surveys come.. wht u have to do is click on create new widget then select the download file option in that select download file and then do the regular setting.. after that u get the code and gateway id then do as said in video where to copy the code and else..

ok i have done it.. but it apears when my website opens... how is it possible to this only open when person clicks on the download link... thats what i am looking for... some poeple wont complete the survey if the cant see the content of the website.
