He's not commander in chief,people should read the constitution.for a President to be commander in chief,he must go through a 5 step process and the war MUST be declared by Congress.Only when these steps are carefully followed does the President become commander in chief of the Armed forces.The Founding fathers put these into the constitution so that you would not get a Dictator in chief.Maybe more Americans should read what they wrote.Presidents are not automattically Commanders of Armed forces
