@aisyahidris14 I think what the video is trying to say is that a women is less likely to need this if she is relaxed, using gravity the right way, and in a comfortable environment. Much of the reasons women need this surgery or need stitches afterwards for tearing are due to positioning and doctors using tools to assist the baby out because the position is so stupid.
