The didgeridoo is not the only instrument that employes circular breathing. Any brass or woodwind instrument player can benefit from circular breathing as well. You are not actually breathing out while breathing in. But, you are maintaining a constant airflow.
What you do is puff your cheeks while breathing out. This reserves air. Use your cheeks to squeeze the air out of your mouth while breathing in your nose. It can take a couple weeks to get used to, depending on how much practice you do.
Anything that strengthens the upper airway will help. Only makes sense!

Exercise and eat proper. Problem solved. I can account for this myself cuz I had sleep apnea. not anymore.
