PZ Myers destroys Simmons in evolution debate 3of5

PZ Myers completely eviscerates his opposition Geoffrey Simmons in this classic debate. This Simmonds guy clearly knows bugger all regarding evolution but writes books about it. Can we expect anything else from the Discovery Institute? I suggest that the DI send the fitness guru Richard Simmonds next time. Make sure you check out the classic bait and switch just prior to the debate which results in Simmonds not having to present any positive evidence for Intelligent Design. Thanks PZ for calling Simmons and the radio show hosts out on the topic change. Of course Simmons didn't wish to agree to an evidential discussion. They wish to reduce the overwhelming evidence of evolution to a faith-based ideology so that they can justify inculcating our children with their particular version of Christian theism. Yuck. My 10 year old knows about Ambulocetus, and Rodhocetus. Seriously. And oh, design probably shouldn't be used by science popularizers. Form(s) is better.
