hCG Protocol - Another stabilization dessert idea - HWC

And yet another "blank canvas" - fruity or chocolate, fresh from whipping or frozen... heavy whipping cream is very easily used for several desserts. Adding the protein powder (and you might have noticed I'm somewhat partial) you can have something that tastes excellent - AND provides BCAA's, nutritional and actually GOOD for you. May be used during stabilization, also Atkins friendly - and for the non dieting weight lifters out there, maybe a new way of getting some of your protein in.

I did a variation of this mouse type HwC on my first p3 and intend on enjoyin it all p3s and p4S!

Like Mumzeeee, I think I feel the earth move under my feet, as well. Must be the east coast thing ... or being from there and transplanted to west coast.

Throw some of that cocoa in there, and dash of vanilla and it will taste even more like mousse :)

HWC is my FAVE and about the only thing I have been missing this P2...Well, that and cashew butter (if any of your viewers have never had it, PLEASE do yourselves a favor and DON'T GET IT. It's the most dangerous thing EVER!)

Oh, Tim, u are so smart. Next time I "load" I'll whip up my "heavy cream" and use these ideas instead of just chugging it down. (One quart is 3200 cal.)
