i know Cleveland used to use this 4000 system. Time Warner i believe still has it while the satilite services went for the new Intellistar system.

Emulator, and theres a real 4000 with a whole lot of degration on it with this song.

Some companies still do use the 4000. This clip is an emulator of the 4000. ;)

Is this an actual TWC Capture? I Didn't think Any Cable Compnaies Still use the weatherSTAR 4000. I thought they all had the new Intellistar system
