The reason i don't speed is because i worry about sinning. God will be very angry on judgement day and i don't wanna piss him off. So im being watched all the time. If funds ever allow, this system should be placed everywhere in California. It would benefit in very bad areas. There is not enough crime prevention but this seems like the way to go!
