The reference is to her interview where she acted like following terrorists into Pakistan was no big deal. In the same interview she nearly said we should go to war with Russia, over the Georgia conflict.  Who has had success invading Russia???? And when in this video do we mention Obama? The video is a parody of Palin and the former supporters of Hillary that support her. You aren't even American, at least your profile says your English, so bugger off!
