I agree, the school did not have the ids connected?i have not tried these iether!seems they are expensive with poor represatation?I believe IDS is to try and solve the chickloop loss problem!
fly it to the side of the window (on Land), bring it to a couple feet off the ground then steer it towards the ground and it will land leading edge down and into the wind!
actually have a Crossbow ids 10m, the best kite i've ever tried. loops very quickly and fun to use... wide wind range, flew it in 11knots and made some tricks, doesn't feel like the old crossbow who were slow with a high bare pressure due to the pulley's
I bought an 8m switchblade, i got it with the ids upgrade line, it just has the same plastic around the rope as the depower chickenloop line. I flew it in 22 knots, very very happy with it. Very simple set up, super easy self launch and land. I used to have an 8m best nemisis, the switchblade shits all over the best kites. I bought it for stong wind days, 22 knots isn't that strong, had loads of power for a small kite. Shed loads of depower. I would usually fly my 15m slingshot fuel in 22knots:)
"c" kite era!! What are you talking about! Cabrinha Switchblades sure are awesome kites!! Have you ridden a C Kite lately now that you probably know how to ride? It's fun to switch it up you might be surprised!!!
I have not tried on of these kites but the set up seems to have alot of parts. Does not look very easy to use. Also looks like it has the potential to have one or more parts fail at the wrong time
Awful, poor quality and of no value. Not a "review" just some guy's home made video of crap sailing/low talent/entirely useless. Not worth the download time.......zzzzzzzzz

I have a 14m² Contra and a 12m² SwitchbladeI. The third version of the SB semms to be very good. The safety line is a very good innovation.
