He's actually saying "takita" and "takadimi" which are methods of counting that have been used for centuries in the Carnatic music style of Northern India. You speak these words to help subdivide the rhythms that you are trying to count: "takita" when counting in three and "takadimi" when counting in four. Just so you know.
