She's obviously in great shape, but those burpees are in bad form... by the end of it she's hardly even bending her arms. She goes further down for the first few, but bends her knees too much to compensate. After the first few when she gets a little tired her legs stay straighter, but she hardly breaks the plane. DO IT AGAIN!

I agree. We convinced her to do a set after she was headed home and she didn't give us her full attention. We'll get her next time!
