  • @sanitary103 Thanks man, no one has said anything about the comment, I just didn't want people to get the wrong idea about it. A lot of people have a weight that fluctuates, but my comment was mainly directed towards people who throw on crazy amounts of fat because they are in their off season and they think that they need to in order to add any muscle. Thanks again bro!

  • hey good workout I like the use of partial reps but the guy in the animal shirt is not working flat bench like you he is using way to much triceps because he rotates his hands inwards its almost like a close grip pushup. Rotate them out and feel for the stretch you will immediately feel the difference , just a suggestion good work regardless.

  • @capsta96 Thanks, I try to keep constant tension on the pecs and only extend fully when I need a break or want to work the inside of the pecs more.

  • Sick video. How much volume do u use? Seems like a lot. I burn out after about 12-14 sets for chest.

  • @medasco143 We usually do 4... sometimes exercises of 3-5 sets
