guess it is not the same workout then, but admire you anyway. i just cannot even think about doing 100 burpees on the same day. split up or not split up... :)

Beginners can do these workouts, with modifications such as doing push ups from your knees instead of your feet. If you can't do the reps as fast as her or do as many as her than just do what you can , if you need to do it slower than go at a pace that is intense for you, but a pace you that you can handle. You should message Zuzka really about easier modifications, she could probably give you more information.
