"The Mute poet" is a
1 minute short film
putting forward the
pride of a deaf-mute
person about "his own
language", in the form
of a poem.
This film was screened
at the FRANKFURT BOOK FAIR along with nine
other films from India. And was also screened in ABILITY FEST 2007, INDIA and received a JURY SPECIAL MENTION.

The language of the mute poet, I feel, need not project a melancholy mood instead it should bring about a vibrant, lively, scenic representations.I do not deny that there is a certain element of sorrow in the subject but I feel this could be avoided and more relevance is given to the presentation by way of enhancing the scenes . But I really appreciate attempt. Keep it up..
