this scene made me cry so much. and also the face of the girl with the heart condition when she was going into the operating room to get the transplant. she seemed so full of hope but yet scared and happy that she can now spend the rest of her life with the man that gave her his heart, but its so sad that she wasn't aware he gave his life for her and would go back home finding out he's gone.
