City Market, Luling, Texas. BBQ at it's Best!

I visited today, and was excellent as usual! The brisket not quite as juicy (fatty) as in past, but that's probably an improvement. It was not dry by any means. Sausage same as always, ribs were better smoked than before, but more of a "gamey" porky flavor I could do without.

bit that's quibbling at the margins! Excellent overall as usual, ya gotta visit!

when ya walk into that little room with the pit to order and pay for your meat, the smells and views almost overwhelm any carnivore!!
