  • I had a British racing green 1966 model.RHD as used in south Africa.Local model was fitted with a 32mm Weber Twin throat carburettor. We had it for 18 years in the family.Lovely to drive. You make me so jealous. That was my very first car.

Hi, fun to hear about your car. And rare with Weber carburettor. Do you happen to know the enginetype/motortype? Was it a 1190 or 1134?

  • hermoso auto

  • Synd videoformatet er helt feil.

  • I had a 1968 r-10. I loved that car. Bought it in "71 for $300 drove for several years then sold it to a friend of my fathers. he drove for 5 years and then parked it in his garage due to brake problems. I had the opurtunity to buy it back about 10 years ago for $25. I was out of work and out of money. Sadly the wrecking yard bought the car for $20. Now I've retired, I have money, and a place to restore cars, which I have done, But I want another Renault 10 before the lord calls me home.

  • lovely little car! love the colour too. thanks for sharing and lucky man!

  • :) My father had one(R.I.P) he was so proud of it all day keep telling me stories about that car. One has kept my attention he wrecked it and it had to change the engine completely, he said they mounted some more advanced sport engine and as he sad he went with about 180-190 km/h. I say that unbelieavable for that time.
