The "fylesystem" tab doesn't come up on my screen. Do I have to update it?

When I add a new ringtone (mp3) it shows up on the BitPim list but not on my phone. It only will work if I name the file one of the original names of a ringtone on my phone and then "Overwrite" that ringtone... any suggestions? Turn my phone off and back on, nothing shows up.

it is actually lg_mysound.dat on my phone, still in the dload folder

I can't exactly find the mysounds.dat file. :/

If you it is taking forever to open the folder, then that means you have to download the LG usb modem driver and install that. Once that is installed open up bitpim and plug in phone. Once the phone is plugged in, click detect phone and no pop up should appear. Then you go to Edit - settings and change the phone to voyager. Click ok. Now you would be able to follow the video.

ok i goot this to work perfectly, im gonna try clarify any problems
once youve dwnloaded bitpim, boot it up and plug in your phone using the usb cable (or purchase 1 from the store, im sure theyre cheap). click on find phone, itll be busy for a bit, and say that it found "other phone" on com 5 or somthing similar. now go to edit, settings, and select lg voyager as your phone, click ok, then do wxactly like he does above it should work. Also the mysounds.dat file, is located at dload
