Here are 30 seconds of my new XNA project, Rooftops, the first rooftopping simulator without the unsolicited distraction of enemies or objectives. The "game" just generates an infinite series of rooftops to jump and climb across. The scenery is still pretty repetitive--the game is building the map from just three components at the moment--, but the mechanics are nearly nailed down (just a couple of small glitches left), so I'll be working on scenery next.
The goal of the project was to test the XNA waters (via http://www.FlatRedBall.com) more than anything else, and given that this is after one week of messing with it, I'm pretty satisfied with the results. Now I need to raise $100 so I can afford the Creator's Club membership and release this on the Indie games channel =D.
