So nice to see some proper SHARP looking One Step Sparring on Youtube. Most of the videos are of lackluster blackbelts performing Yellow belt level techniques. You guys are great!

Hi there -- just thought I would comment on this. I have been trawling through the stuff on here looking for inspiration. I have an upcoming 3rd Dan grading and I was looking for new ideas. What I have seen uploaded is awful - people should know better! But this video is great. I love it. Good techniques. Well executed and with correct level of politeness and discipline! keep it up. I did not get any new ideas -- but I was inspired - thankyou!
