I am not as conversant with US Army ranks as I am with USMC ranks. You have the insignia for Specialist 4 shown as Specialist...actually I believe there are Specialist 5, Specialist 6, and Specialist 7 with one, two, or three rockers on top of the insignia. For the life of me I cannot tell you what MOS gets the specialist ranks and what gets the corporal and above ranks. - Lt. Col Slider, USMC (ret)
