    There is no way to loose fat fast and still be healthy. You could go on a starvation diet and do lots of cardio, but that is far from healthy and as soon you stop, it goes back to the way it was and worst. To be fit and remain that way is a lifestyle choice which comes with sacrifice and hard work, but the rewards are great. Anybody can be skinny for a time in their life, but few can be fit for a life time. If you're willing and dedicated, you too can change.

  • You can't lose belly by doing ab exercises, any reasonable bodybuilder or athlete can tell you that. You might improve your ab muscles, but that as nothing to do with losing the fat. The only way is through cardiovascular training and an healthy diet. In fact, you could even get a six pack, by just cutting your body fat and not doing a single ab exercise. It doesn't matter how much Yoga you do, if you don't have an healthy and balanced diet, you're never going to loose the fat. Plain & Simple
