@Stoksie01 you dont get it dude. what im saying is you should know you cant do 405 cause you cant do 350 for 4 reps. if you can do 350 for 4 reps then you should be able to do 405 for 1 rep. what im sayin is what you can do 4 times you can pretty safely add 15% to it for 1 rep.

Ha, funny! Anyone can make a typo but not everyone says "come back from Iraq in a bodybag". That is pretty callous and cowardly. I can respect different points of view but that I can not condone.

Ignoramus: the level of your education is evident here. I respect most points of view but you have insinuated that death is deserved of those doing what their country has asked of them, guys and girls that joined for school money, people looking for a good job, most who are not killers or every hurt anyone in their life, tax payers, accountable, upstanding and caring people.
