Bearing in mind the set of cataclysmic events that might befall us, as shown in the video, would give us an urge to seek God everyday. We dont have to wait for the world to be destroyed and our lives ruined; we seek Him now while everything is still relatively calm and peaceful. Performed by the band Selah; this classic song echoes our prayer for God's protection, deliverance and guidance in our lives.

  • Please say this prayer my friends in Christ Jesus:

"Lord Jesus, beginning today, I ask you to become the Lord of my life. I believe that you died for my sins and rose again from the dead. Lord, I confess that I am a sinner and I repent of my sins. Thank you for forgiving me and cleansing me. Come into my life and guide me to live for you from now on. Thank you for giving me eternal life now. Thank you for the guarantee that you will never give up on me." Amen

  • The song is very great!

But...some pictures are ABSOLUTELY on the wrong place!!!

  • Thanks. About the pictures, you're probably referring to the last part (1:59 to 2:59). Well, it's actually a continuation of the script of terrible things that might befall us and mind you, these (WMDs or cataclysmic events) are clear and present dangers. We need God every minute of the day and we should cling to Him for protection and thats the context of the song.

  • So, it does not necessarily follow that all the pictures (and absolutely no exemption at all) should and ought to correspond with every word in the lyrics in every time frame. I apologized that I did not repeat the sequence from 1:17 to 1:26 but seeing the set of cataclysmic events is far more appealing for the song. We dont have to wait for the world to be destroyed for us to seek God for the first time.

  • We seek Him now while everything is still calm and peaceful (1:01 to 1:05 and 2:53 to 2:57).

  • I need thee Lord, I need thee! Thank you for posting! God bless you!

  • You're welcome. All praises to GOD. (",)

  • This song is a very good song, but to have all these depressing pictures on here changes the meaning of the song. Post pictures of Life not death.

  • This is the song that will be sung at my baptism into the LDS church. Very exciting!

  • I can't remember the name of the lady who wrote this, but she did believe she could not live a moment without God's care and mercy. She wrote this song for her church choir and it really took off! She truly believed that she (or allof us) could not live one moment with His care and guidance. In joy or sorrow, pain or no pain, He is with us, and we need Him. If we only praised and called on Him in good times, we would never know the depth of His love for us.

  • anybody knows where can i find the picture at 1:32??? pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, i love it
