now they just need to do something with the differnt summoning things of a lock

yes but you can put down your four totems in one GCD, saving a lot more time in well, everything.

The other guy didn't get it right. I'll use his example though. Say, you get affected by harmstring (reducing movement speed by 70%?) you can't get under the normal movement speed; 100%. I'm not 100%, but I think this means you can't be rooted. I'm 100% though, that it means DK will hate you. Rofl :)

It means if you get affected by hamstring while in ghost wolf form. You will run at 100% speed instead of 140%

so now totems r like druid forms or pally auras? that kind if bar?

Ghost Wolf: snaring effects may not bring the shaman below base normal run speed.
