lazur1, I have only commented one other time on this video. Anyhow, I have spent most of my life in San Francisco, and I and my parents are hippies. The "acid casualties" you speak of are for the most part in your head. Furthermore, there have been homeless people asking for money long before acid was discovered. Read some ancient Greek texts and you will see.
