Here is another thought, perhaps she is doing this knowing full well she doesn't have a leg to stand on simply for the media attention it will provide. First off, this mother is trying to live vicariously thru her daughter, like most of the mothers involved in this abusive practice. Like the animal rights group PETA, it could be that she thinks any attention is a good thing, regardless of how it's obtained.

Let me clarify this: You're saying that this woman purchased a $5K dress for her little girl, dressed her and made her up like a 20 yr. old, taught her words to a song that says "I'm sexy and I know it" for her to sing it at a "fake"(?) nightclub, and now wants to sue someone else for sexualizing her daughter? Huh? She's the victim here???
