-
... so why is is called ''... in the Netherlands''?
-
oh the live version of thid from the hollywood bowl is the GREATEST thing in the world you HAVE to watch it!

The "Ha-Ha" is with 99% certainty merely some sort of intertitle from the dvd. It's just the sound of laughter. There was no show of that name.

That's Liesbeth List actually.

It's from a variety show Leisbeth List made for Dutch TV called Leisbeth, airing on KRO on 18 Jan 1973. Directed by Tineke Roeffen it was songs sung by Leibeth List interspersed with 4 short films featuring with Jacques Brel, Harry Bär, Ton van Duinhoven and Monty Python. The Python section was repeated in a retrospective on List in 2002, De Koffer Van... Liesbeth List which aired on AVRO on the 20 Aug 2002. The entire 1973 show was released as part of a 5-DVD set of List's work on 10 Nov 2008.
What happens at 0:42? Even when the British leaders go to Europe, a joke is never far away, the narrator says, and then we see ... what exactly? A woman throwing a glass of water at someone?

@tjodolF2 It must have been some incident that people recognised at the time.
