This is an easy recipe to make 4 meat pies.

Ingredients
6 lbs ground pork
5 pounds cooked and hand mashed potatoes
1 onion chopped
salt, pepper to taste
all spice to taste
4 9" frozen pie shells (unthawed)
4 ready made pie crust for the top

Preheat oven for 400 degrees
Directions: Food process onion, add to pork in pan and cook pork until no longer pink, drain fat. Hand mash potatoes with 2 Tblsp butter, salt, pepper and allspice to taste (There was no measuring in the video - start with a tablespoon and go from there.) Divide meat into 4 shells. Top with the top shell, cut off excess and slice decorative holes for for the pie to breath when cooking.

Put pies in 400 degree preheated oven and bake for 30 - 45 min. (Until golden brown) if you are going to freeze them or 45 min if you are eating them right away.

Enjoy!
