@SebbeSucksBawlz I love old historic towns...but, they do require upkeep like fresh paint and facelifts or else they look dilapidated, ghetto, and depressing. It is a fact that one's surroundings has an effect on their mental outlook. Hence, people that live in the projects and ghetto's usually have a certain mentality.
