  • I often wonder what kind of music Woodley and his former partner, Paul Simon, could do together in these days. But I was under the impression they had a falling out over Paul's refusal to allow royalties to be paid to Bruce from "Cloudy".

  • I believe Bruce still got the royalties, but Paul didn't like the idea of being seen as a mere collaborator so he told Bruce he'd be shown on the label as sole author. Bruce, I think, is fairly philosophical about it but I'm sure he feels he was diddled of his just deserts in terms of credit, not to mention the attention it would have earned him - "the man who wrote a Simon & Garfunkel song with Paul Simon".

  • That's brilliant.

  • I heard a magnificent rendition by Bruce Woodley recently.

The song is "Can we learn to get along". It is the theme for a documentary, Australian Ark . Does anyone have this incredible & moving song sung by this sensitive man???

Am waiting and hopeful to hear it again. Thanks, Marie

  • I have this EP! Where are the other songs? Captain Grumblepeg?

  • I don't know them of course, but all the Seekers impress first and foremost as people of good hearts and great talent...

  • I was 5 when mum bought this EP. Great memories running/dancing around the record player!

Funny how we remember things thought to be 'forgotten'. For a moment I was 5 again....

  • Nice to see and hear the man singing again. thanks for posting this video
