@Noidal77 neither as good as Joni's

The joke Herbie was making was about his age as compared to her age. He brings it up all the time in interviews. He's a nice cat.

@kulkraghav yeah I felt bad for her when he said that... I'm sure it made her feel small almost like she shouldn't be in the same room with him let alone be playing together. I'm sure it's true that he probably just heard of her but he could have said something like... "I'm hearing so much about you" or just said thank you to her and left it at that

@Noidal77 Not as good as Norah's

That was rude of him to say "And I just heard about you..." Major dislike

Just pure awesomeness !!!

Wow that just blew me away!!! Awesome

@WirlWind494 it's not as good as tina's

@TCt83067695 It seems to me that you don't know very much about Herbie Hancock. If I was her, he could say whatever he wants. He's one of jazz's greatest innovators. What is Melody Gardot? A great musician, but not a pioneer.

Melody Gardot just blew my mind.

Such critics. This is absolutely eargasmic. You can say so-and-so did it better, and you know what? To each their own. I love all the previous versions, but this is absolutely fan-fucking-tastic. To deter from that is absolute sacrilege.
