*jordan gives kayla her CD...kayla puts it in the radio...its a mix of her songs*
Kayla:alright...now...its time...TO COOK!
*everyone looks at her*

Joe:a little dramatic?
Kayla:shut up!....now!...we cook.
*kayla goes into the kitchen, since the living room is RIGHT across from the kitchen everyone watches

Erica:you are clinging to that thing like you're gonna die...its cute.
Kevin:*slight laugh*i guess im a paraniod father.
Erica:*kevins sitting by the monitor so erica comes up behined him and puts her arms arround his
neck(get it?)*no, you're just being a good daddy, a very very very clingy one.
Jordan:dont feel bad kevin...erica was the same. we couldnt get her out of that room...but then she
realized that they'd be fine the first week or so.
Kevin:*slight laugh*i guess i've got a lot to learn.
Erica:you know..its only a little while longet til' christmas! i thought you'd be gone.

Erica:i thought you were with your mom?
Kayla:no...shes going to maine for some family...shes trying to make me go but i dont wanna.

Kayla:i dont wanna miss being here with you guys on christmas! i mean...have you realized that jordan
and joe and me and nick havent spent a christmas together yet? i mean we've been together for a
couple years now!
Joe:i know...but you should still go kayla.
Kayla:my sisters gonna be there.
Erica:well duh!
Kayla:no...not her...HER.
*erica and jordan gasp*
Jordan:what?
Kayla:i know...i couldnt belive it either. she wasnt there for crap and now she thinks she can just pop
up and everything will be alright!
Kevin:what are we talking about?
Kayla:an older sister...Sabrina. She left us when i was 7...went with some guy, said she loved him,
he was a total jerk...i hated him.
Erica:*goes over to kayla in the kitchen and whispers in her ear*is she still with him.
Kayla:*getting teary eyed*yeah...thats why i dont wanna go.
*erica gives kayla a hug...then jordan comes and joins it...the boys are SO CONFUSED*
Joe:whats happening?
Kayla:*her voice is shacky*nothing...my sisters boyfriend was a total jerk.
*erica comes back into the room and signals for everyone to huddle arroud her*
Erica:*whispering*he was abusive towards kayla...kayla was put in the hospital a lot. nick, have you seen
the scar on her leg?
Nick:*whispering*yep.
Erica:all from him...hes an ass.
*everyone gets out of the huddle*
Kayla:you're not that great of a whisperer erica..i heard you.
Erica:you dont have to go kayla...
Kayla:i might...i dont know. I wanna beat that stupid a-butt face.
Jordan:good job kayla!
Kayla:thank you.
Joe:what?!
Jordan:we need to keep the swearing to a minimum.
