Hey idiots not everyone is a bodybuilder, people like to do different challenging exercises than the same old crap. Im a bodybuilder myself but I would never train my clients the way I train myself. I would never have any business if I did.

@Scafferx The most effective way to develop lean muscle mass is to squat, bench, press, snatch, clean, lift, pull heavy. Bodybuilding is a strength sport. Also a lot of what is demonstrated in this video is a bit too much. Some things I would take from it like pulling the heavybag while climbing, the situp and pushup variations but that's just it.

this video was great,im using to show bodybuilders that there is more than dumbbells and sometimes all you need is your body weight.
