@UltimateWheelman yeah see, 'The Sierra Club' they have to get into everything. Nothing grows at the top anyway. They just couldn't leave this alone. Now all the chemicals from the asphalt and oil from the cars is now definately going to be run off down into the lower part of the mountain.
@BarryKunz64 It had something to do with water quality on Pikes Peak and a lawsuit filed by the Sierra Club. Part of the settlement was that the road had to be paved. Not really sure what paving the road will do, especially as there will be other things implemented to ensure the water is clean, but whatever.
need to fix the camera mic...... what kind of car is this?.... and,, oh that's a navigator you here,,,,, ahhh. At first I thought is was just his wife riding shotgun so she could nag him to death.
I'm not a pro but I don't get why this legendary rally needs a co-driver? The originally idea was the driver should learn those few hundreds turn by him(her)self. And now a days there's an asfalt more than twenty years ago? I'm not sure about that but it like's. One year I promised to myself to go there and... watch this rally :-D
