@davistran510 2 hours is probably longer than normal but it was my first race and I definitely underestimated the course. It was mostly uphill and the sun was blazing that day so I was completely dehydrated before I was halfway done. My advice is to drink enough water before (or get a belt with a water bottle) and eat some carbs. I'm sure you'll have a blast! I actually did the Super Spartan 2 weeks after this (video coming soon) and am definitely doing more. Good luck!

goodjob! i didnt expect the sprint to take 2 hours. is that average for most people? how hard is the event? you seem like your in very good shape
My first spartan race(sprint) will be in November. IM PUMP! I just hope its hard enough for me to find the trip workthwhile(im driving 7hours just for the event)
