Food For Life (Full version)

This 18-minute film available on DVD (http://www.vivashop.org.uk/viva/viva-...) has been produced specifically for GCSE Food Technology students. Food for Life covers all aspects of the vegetarian diet including health and nutrition; animals; environment; feeding the world and examples of what to eat each day to be healthy. Experts include Dr Chris Fenn (nutritionist); Alan Durning (World Watch Institute); Juliet Gellatley (founder of Viva! and VVF and nutritional therapist) and Lesley Jeavons (cookery expert). This film has proved very popular with secondary schools across the UK.
