Occupation is a Crime: Iraq, Afghanistan, Palestine!
This video is a compilation of shots I took with my digital camera on the day of the march/rally on March 21, 2009 in San Francisco.
We were protesting the illegal and inhumane American occupations of Iraq and Afghanistan as well as Israeli apartheid against the Palestinian people. Iraq is NOT ending despite what you may have heard or from the e-mails sent out by 'moveon.org'. The war in Afghanistan is escalating at the request of the Military and Corporate elite and by the authority of President Obama. Israel continues to this day to illegally occupy, humiliate, torture, and commit horrific acts of violence against the Palestinian people. Israel IS committing apartheid.

-Clarence Thomas, Executive Board Member of the ILWU Local 10 (i meant to capture more of his speech, but there was an outbreak of direct confrontation between the police and protesters to the left of the stage...i had to rush over and see it for myself)

Must have been eleven or twelve years ago when I decided the protestors in San Francisco were some of the dumbest most annoying people. I can't imagine. I'm so glad I haven't been there in years.

That woman was talking about giving money to Iraqis. She only shows her ignorance. My platoon distributes tens of thousands of dollars a month to Iraqis. Our government gives their government millions of dollars a year to rebuild, but all of the aid is stolen before it can reach the people. Iraq is a shit country because the people are shit. They are lazy and won't do anything unless they are forced. We should have left Saddam in power, it's what they deserve.

My dad is currently in Iraq and he has had friends who come back from leave with these fucking hippies protesting them against being soldiers and for having bigger balls to join the army and fight the Sandpeople (Terrorists, Towel heads, Jawas whatever you wnat to call them) (in Kansas none of them are patriotic like peole in Virginia or the south for that matter)
