To all the people saying John Lennon should have practiced what he said about peace to his family, nobody is perfect. I myself struggle with anger issues but still focus on his messages behind his songs.. And to the people who say he was communist or atheist, while he may have been atheist he was only trying to say in this song that until we take away all the things that seperate us we can't come together as a human race and love one another.

My husband always felt that this song represented who we are as people and so he loved to play it for me. He died on Friday night in his sleep.
