He would have made an amazing Doctor. He chewed the scenery like a great big ham and cheese sandwich, and I loved every single minute of it.

I had just finished Blackpool and the entire time I was like where the hell have I seen David Morrissey before and then bam I remembered and now I find it hilarious. :D

There were throwaway lines back to old habits, old adventures, old enemies, the return of Sarah Jane Smith in "School Reunion", and of course, The Journal of Impossible Things in "Human Nature" and "The Family of Blood", which contained sketches of The Doctor's past selves. But this is the first solid video reference back to the classic series, linking Tennant's predecessors to him.

When I saw this guy on the cover of Doctor Who Magazine with the cover blurb "The Next Doctor," I was oh no, only becasue it was the first idea of DT leaving. But I really wish there were a way this guy could become the next Doctor. Something like take the essence of the Dctor inside him and become a Time Lord. He was brave, he was fun, he was very much a Doctor.
