Put some weight up front or adjust your transom pin position on your motor. Shouldn't be standing up like that bud, especially with no life jacket on.
hi, what is the beam and depth of ur boat? what hp of that motor? i have a 15ft boat plan that im planning to build for my 6hp hp evinrude, i dont know if that will suit. tnx

6HP is totally not enough motor for a 15ft, not even half the motor actually... You need at least a 15HP "20-25HP Recommended" for a boat that size.

its an 8hp yamaha....5ft beam, depth is about half a foot
