Fat Hamster Heads Downstairs

Moonshine, my daughter's hamster, has taught herself to go downstairs in her ball. This is good, because we spent a lot of time worrying she'd hurt herself, and with two flights of stairs in the house we were always having to block them off. And then she figured out how to handle steps. At first, she'd take it one step at a time, very slowly, but now she bombs away. It always makes her a bit dizzy; watch her weird little dance when she gets to the bottom. Ignore the part with my stupid feet. Next: We teach her to go back up.

she's probably taking it 'slowly' cause she's scared shitless, you moron. and she 'bombs away' to you but to her she's most likely falling, obviously not being able to control a plastic ball falling down the stairs and hamsters don't have the sense to avoid that. being bumped around like that could probably kill them, stupid.
