This is a chocolate sponge cake filling with banana and chocolate icing.The ingredients for the sponge cake are, 5 egg yolks and whites, 3/4 cup of plain flour, 1/4cup of cocoa powder, 1tsp of baking powder, 2/3 cup of sugar,125g of butter, 70ml of milk and vanilla extract. Preheat oven to moderate 180c.Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
The topping and icing you need are, 4 bananas,150ml of milk or cream,150g chocolate melted them together, add 2 yolks and 60g of butter.Whisk well cool it in the refrigerator.
