Does Bardock count in the Manga?

Question of the Week #5! Does Bardock count in the Manga? The answer is clearer than water.

Is Bardock really Canon; for those who don't know what Canon means, it means a noun or event that is official to the Manga. It applies for anything. If something is official to the original franchise of something, it is there for Canon. If something is not official to the original, that its non-canon.

@TheMightyOzaru (continued) also from what i read the lssj could only turn ssj in oozaru form. so that would mean it wasnt bardock then. seeing as he went ssj with out becoming a oozaru and controled himself rather nicly as an ssj :) which the lssg couldnt do unless he's in oozaru form(sounds to me he skipped ssj1 all together)

@TheMightyOzaru hmm sound to me you consider this canon(im not 100% sure what that means) i just read the origins of the saiyans if what you said is true then makes even more no sense :( so if bardock is the saiyan then its his fault the planet saiyans lived on was destroyed then.the manga states he went back 1000 years which happens to be the same time the the saiyan of legends destroyed the saiyans planet geez this thing is long (continued)

@project0omega the siayans didnt exist yet planet vegeta came to be when king vegeta ordered the attack on the tuffles race and bardock is the original that started the legend

@TheMightyOzaru ok what im trying to say is seeing as bardock went ssj1 with out no problems and still in control it looks like he can control his power un-like his son see i have no idea about the original so you got me there but time things really messes witha few things. and if bardock saved planet plant then how did planet vegeta came to be?

@project0omega whats not to understand its simple bardock is born and does you know his saiyan thing he goes back in time 1000 years and starts the legend he doesnt start the saiyan race or anything the legend is just passed down from chilled to the other members of his race as well through the wired creatures from planet plant you also have to remember bardock probably traveled a lot so his story spread throughout the universe until it made its way back to the saiyans

@TheMightyOzaru but still dosnt answer than one question how do's frieza know about the lssj and if bardock was the saiyan of legend it wouldnt make sense cuz he went back in time..still on planet vegeta and protected there...RAAAAWWWW more confusing >.<

@project0omega actually it kinda does the only problem is frieza doesnt throw a supernova attack at bardock in the manga
