股関節を箱マッサーで押しながら、おなか、腕を使います。あるいはおなかと大腿でもよいのです。すなわち三点法です。股関節周の強力な収縮が反対の肩を引っ張っています。­これをやると、今度は腰が痛くなる場合が有ります、OKです。
