i watched it again its the rope FOR the ferry ha so maybe he did just grab it hah hmm he might be able to figure somethin out sayin it got snagged they didnt toss it on the shore fully...but kinda obvious when he scoots away....my bad

his deductable would be huge for that they would obviously figure it out hah..theres curbs on those feries that stop vechiles from rocking off incase of bad weather..im sure someone else ratted him out seeing him tie the rope to the shoreline or dock and tossing it in his truck when the ferrie ramp went up the boat guys check and lock everything...they would see the rope crossing and up into his tail gate..then when it falls in he just keeps walking like he dont notice it?...ya ok id be freeking
