Very very cool. Hopefully some jerk doesn't shoot him. People can be very mean. :-(

Thank God you were in the house and not outside. It look liked he was searching for dinner. LOL It was neat that you got to capture it on film camera and video.

Cool capture.
V. Cool that you had the presence of mind to remember the camera while he was still in sight and not later that night over dinner.

That was cool. I'm glad you were safe inside! haha

So awesome to see a wild Bobcat! I am fascinated with that stone wall, looks to be made by Indians, over a hundred years ago? Amazing!

In Connecticut you can't dig a 3" hole without hitting a rock. The stone walls were made before the town was first settled in 1732. Every time a farmer dug a hole he had to do something with the stones so they made walls! :-) Kept the livestock in and delineated property boundaries. Glad you enjoyed my little video. I felt honored to have got the footage!

I was so excited to see him! I've only seen one other one and never this close. But not too scary as he was about 100 yards away and I was in the house shooting out the sliding glass door! LOL I'm not that brave!

What a wonderful, awesome sight! When I was a girl in Texas we had a cougar once on top of the barn. He was gorgeous. Thanks for sharing this.

I saw a cougar once out west, it ran in front of our car and it was so beautiful! Now they are BIG!
