If I was the head guy for NASA, I would offer this guy a free ride in one of the space shuttles or a trip to the space station. Maybe let him fly the shuttle around for a couple of hours. Or let him thow stuff out the window when he was up there, circling around the moon or the sun or whatever crap they circle around, Mars? I don't know.

This little ballon was not the only solution Nasa used like the video suggest. Nasa put a full time person up near the top of the tank with a fog horn to scare anything away.

@mach25man I've got the official NASA Press release. Nowehre in it lists some mystery man with a fog horn. I doubt your claim.
