In this video I wanted to document some movement and body dynamics as encouragement to maybe take time out to spend outside or in action. My buddy Nic demonstrates some Modern Arnis martial arts moves.

This video is for all the haters out there that say raw foodists have no energy....Nic proves that false. way to go brother, you are a wonderful example of raw strength, and grace.
